Does anyone know how to change the scoring on the Wiley test bank so it grades by the first answer and not the final answer? If not, any suggestions on how to accurately track you progress?

When I answer wrong, I just exit out of the correct answer, click on the wrong answer again, and then click next question. This shows me my true score.
