Is the online version better than the disk?

I've known alot of people to have problems with the disc. I have the online version, and I prefer it because it can be accessed from anywhere.

Wiley gave me online access when even the tech couldn't get the disk to work on my computer. He told me that the content was the same for both. One advantage the online version has, though, is that any updates or corrections are reflected in the software immediately after implementation.
