Does anyone here use the Wiley Efficient Learning Mobile App?

    Wiley Question –

    Hi everyone,
    Does anyone here use the Wiley app? I can’t seem to reset the metrics on it. I’ve talked to their tech support and they told me to delete the app, logging back in and out, etc. but nothing seems to work. I am re-taking BEC and I want to make sure than I can answer all the MCQ’s on my phone and the only way I can do that is to reset all the answered questions and scores. Resetting the metrics on my browser doesn’t work. Can anybody help with this?

    Hi, If you go to the metrics tab in the web app you have to make sure test bank sessions are archived. This will reset the metrics on the mobile app.

    Thanks for the response! Unfortunately I did that and it still did not reset my progress on the mobile app. Any ideas?
