I am going to be purchasing additional review materials after my transcript is accepted. But for now I am only using a FAR Wiley review. I was wondering how many more topics I need to learn/review in addition to the topics already in this review book. This way I can have a better idea on the pace I should be going at.

Here’s a picture of the list of topics:

For those who had used Wiley before, do they cover up most of the small details in their modules? Thanks!

    FAR 85 June 2015
    AUD 80 Nov 2015
    REG 83 Nov 2015
    BEC 79 Feb 2016

My method is to read the book without taking notes. I went through the book questions and highlighted in the answer section things I wanted to remember or take notes on later. Then I hit up the test bank hard going section by section until I got it. It starts to make more sense as you go along. I also got the Ninja notes and converted them to word and added my own notes in so I could go through all of the notes together. Don't focus on the details in the beginning. Focus on getting the concepts nailed down, then go back and worry about the minute details later.

CPA Exam - Finally DONE (November 2014)
    BEC (08/10/13) 80
    AUD (08/24/13) 65 (11/13/13) 85
    FAR (04/12/14) 81
    REG (07/19/14) 69 (11/29/14) 87!!
