Wiley Question –
I am so frustrated dealing with Wiley customer service. Every time you go to add a product it doesn’t show up on the log in screen, you have to talk to 3-4 people before they suggest to delete your account and start over, they cannot figure out which product you are asking them about. I just don’t understand. Are they a mom n’ pop shop and technologically challenged? Have you guys had similar experiences with them and/or the other companies?
