I have been out of school for six years and have taken the CPA exam using Becker and exam matrix in the past and failed. Well after taking a few years off from the exam I want to start studying and retake the exam this year. However I don’t know which exam review course to take. I work long hours as a tax accountant and have been in tax since college. I need something that teaches concepts since I have been out of school for six years. With Becker I just felt I was memorizing and highlighting everything and not really learning the concept of why. I also feel Becker is for newly graduated candidates. I also would like a course that will motivate me (which is something I lack) and not completely bore me. I have been considering Yeager and UWorld Roger CPA Review but don’t know anyone that has used either product. Which do you recommend?? Can someone compare the two?
