From my experience you are remotely possible from passing with that score..
I find Roger question to be easier than Ninja MCQ and even after getting 80% on roger and 70% on Ninja got me bad scores not just on FAR but AUD and REG as well.

HOWEVER! If you understand the concepts quite well and get lots of questions on your strong topics.. You may be able to pass! I've seen few who pass the exam with low mcq scores..

I have no means to scare you. But being prepared well is very important.. Good luck!

I'm not quite sure what IPQ is but I think it's possible you can pass. I'm only using Roger and all I do the last 5-7 days of studying is crank out practice exams (set of 90 MCQ's with 7 SIMS). My average practice exam score for each section is 5-10 points below my actual score on the exam. I don't think you can judge by raw score alone to figure out how well you are doing. Someone can get a question right by guessing, or by memorizing answers if they are repeating the same questions without ever understanding the concepts. When I study, I always look at the explanations – even for the ones I get correct. I think too with his SIMS, he doesn't give you partial credit whereas the real exam does. If I were you, I'd still try to push to get my practice score up between a 70 and 75 to feel comfortable. Good luck!

    BEC - 88 8/29/15
    REG - 82 11/14/15
    AUD - 83 1/8/16
    FAR - 80 2/29/16

jdn9201- Roger's program seem to be working well for you. Did you only use Roger's multiple choice and Sims? Or did you supplement with another Test Bank? I have Roger for FAR but I have read that his multiple choice questions were not as difficult.

    FAR 02/22/16- fail, 5/23/16 retake

Yes, I do think his questions are easier than others and that is why I am panicking.. I just have minor mistakes that screw up my average..

I also don't like how you don't get any partial credit for the sim.. I try to even out the questions to cover as much topics, I am doing practice exams this weekend so we will c.. Thanks a lot for the responses, ironically I am doing good on Gov&nfp, but bad in pensions and some other areas like IFRS differences and accounting for errors and changes.. I will try to focus on my weaker areas to pump it up…

Thank you all for the responses, I wish you guys luck too for whatever you're studying 🙂

The only scores that matter are the one during test day. It sounds like you're really concerned about your scores. I have Roger CPA as well. I got 100% on my IPQ. But that's because I reworked all the incorrect ones. Slow it down. I find sets of 10 much more effective. I try to imagine that I'm a basketball team, they always break down the last 10 games played every season. 1W 9L – Shaky start. I gotta make my adjustments. Keep going! 5W 5 L isn't that bad, but it's also not great. 8W 2L is better but I'm bound to have tough competition. 10W – 0L is awesome! But how do I maintain that? Am I actually beating strong competitive teams? I always try to approach my learning with MCQ by asking myself “What am I learning?” Because if you're not learning from the MCQ and you're just doing MCQ – – the exam may not be so kind to you.
Whatever you do: try to relax and do not panic. It makes everything worse.

    AUD - 75
    BEC - 83
    FAR - 85
    REG - 84
