I am getting close to being done with the lectures using Becker, but I have done none of the problems, how many days a chapter do I need to review and work mcqs/simulations. I am getting down to the wire, my test is July 3rd FAR. I just want to plan my studying. I will have the week before off work so I can study a lot then.

    Any tips?

looks like you have about 3 weeks left. i'd do as many mcq as possible in week 1, rewrite notes in week 2, then do nonstop mcq again in week 3

    REG-65,71,74,73,70,74,79
    BEC-60's,60's,69,71,76*,78
    FAR-67,66,65,79
    AUD-54,60's,65,83*,69,80
    *expired

    DONE

I kind of use the Ninja method so I will try to answer your last question. My strategy is to go through each chapter and then do the MCQ for each chapter while looking back through the chapter and my notes. That is my first step. Then I work non stop MCQ's that are mixed up (it is a lot harder when you have to switch between topics and gets you used to it for the exam). Third, I rewrite my notes and start non-stop MCQ's again after that. I add fact nuggets to the notes as I go for the questions that are still giving me issues. Then I have a great set of notes to reference anytime in the week or so before the test. Since you have 3 weeks left, you may not have time to go through MCQ's for each chapter and then go back and mix them up. Maybe mix up some MCQ and target the areas you are weak in. Go back and re-read the chapter and re-work the MCQ's to get a better handle on it. Rinse, lather, repeat until test day.

    AUD 4/12/12 79
    FAR 5/29/12 76
    REG 8/2/12 82
    BEC 8/30/12 72 Retake 10/18/12 76!!! DONE!!!!

After you go through the lectures, just do a ton of random MCQs for a few days. This gives you an idea of how material is tested and the types of questions you will receive. Then I suggest going through either your notes or the ninja notes, just very quickly, not trying to memorize everything but just rereading to help consolidate the information. I like to then take a practice exam and use that to pinpoint my really weak areas. i study those weak areas using notes and just continue on with MCQs. When you're down to about a week left, its a good idea to run through your notes quickly each day (again, ninja notes are great as well, or both) and then just continue hitting the MCQs. You will learn better if you are questioned rather than just simply rereading notes, but the rereading of the notes helps to make everything fit into place. Repetition at this point is the key, so the more often you see something the more likely you are to remember it. Flashcards are great, so use those everyday if you have a set or make some of your own for harder topics.

    AUD-Failed (Waiting for Score)
    BEC-PASSED (First try)
    REG-Failed (Retake February 2013)
    FAR-Failed (Retake January 2013)
