Morning!! Hoping I can get some advice. I know this has been asked before but I can’t find specifically. I am taking FAR again in 5 weeks. The first time was AWFUL so I’m starting over. My question is how do I combine Becker with NINJA? What have you all done?

My thought (and I think this is the NINJA way) is to view Becker videos first – taking notes – and then move on to NINJA material. The Becker videos are a big struggle for me to get through but I will try again. I have 10-point combo .

Would LOVE specific advice from anyone that has time.

    THANKS
    Helen

    Hi Helen,

I believe this varies for everyone. But just for sharing purposes, I watched Wiley CPA videos, took detailed notes and worked on all the chapters multiple choices (Almost 1200 mcqs). I heard Becker instructors are more interesting than Wiley instructors, but they both do wonders. After finishing the material in 6 weeks of hardcore studying, I thought I knew the material well enough to pass, but I got a 74. Then that's when I got mad and I put all my anger into studying. Same day, I bought the Ninja MCQs, and I did multiple choices like a madman. I did almost 2200 multiple choice attempts in 3 weeks, and that's when I started to notice that I was grasping the material. I went back to the test center and conquered the beast, and thats when I realized that aiming for a 75 is too risky and over-studying is the only way to nail this test once for all.
