Gleim Question –

Cost fundamentals, costing methods and variance analysis.

No idea how long it’s gonna take

Spent an entire day on SU 18 costing fundamentals.

Looks like I can’t finish the book within 2 more days 🙁

The reason it’s hard, is that the language gets more and more technical. Memorizing a bunch of equations and to play the calculator like a toy, SMH.

I have a love/hate relationship with Gleim. Currently have been stuck in one SU for more than I'd like to admit (REG).

I remember thinking that nothing was worse than Gleim's BEC, but then I scored an 84 and decided I was okay with it 🙂

I'm trying to remind myself that same rule will apply with REG. I did not actually “complete” 60% of the course when I took it the first time which I think is why I bombed. So that was a nice reminder that although Gleim can really suck, retaking a section sucks more.

Yeah Gleim's review material is absolutely brutal. Their Spartan training will pay off if you stick to the end. I couldn't unfortunately and skipped the last two SUs for BEC Gleim. Took the test three weeks ago and I didn't feel it hurt me that bad. Definitely got MCQs from those units but just made educated guesses. Make sure you know COSO like the back of your hand before spending time on those units, if you don't then your time will be much better spent mastering COSO.
