    Hey!
I am preparing to give my exams in Q4. I am using the Becker Review. I would like to know whether the Simulations (for all the 4 sections) on the Becker software comparable to those on the real exam?. How does one actually prepare for the Simulations? . Are the Sims just lengthy or are they tricky?. Can you please help me?

Let me begin by saying that nothing is like the exam SIMs, but if I were to compare Becker and Ninja, Becker has the format and the look and feel of it down. Complexity wise it doesn't compare and the real thing is harder. I would suggest looking at the AICPA practice exam to get an idea of what the real thing looks like.

I second what @Anyatver said. Becker SIMs are very similar to the actual SIMs in terms of the layout and format, but the actual SIMs are way more complicated including more documents/exhibits to go through. Go do the AICPA sample tests.

I felt the sims were just a good way to review the topics, but not necessarily comparable to the actual exam in level of difficulty. I know becker is using previous sims released to create practice ones, but the topics selected to be sims on the current exams are presented and asked in different ways than previous years. The best way to study for the sims on the actual exam is learning the topics wells through lectures and MCQ and possibly even familiarizing yourself with the authoritative literature (especially for audit) to know how it can help you with the sims on the actual exam without spending too much time looking for helpful things in the literature.

@Cpa1234 , @B4BeanCounter Thank you! Can I get some clarity on the process of doing progress tests? I have started doing the progress tests and for example if I score 75% in F1, then do I just review my mistakes and start another set of F1 or should I review my mistakes and then start the progress tests of F2?

If I scored 75% I would just review my mistakes, maybe write down a couple notes to remember for the future, and move on. If I got below 75% I would review mistakes, write down notes, and do another test in F1 again.
