I just applied Monday for the first time. NASBA said to allow up to 6 weeks. How long did it take other applicants to receive their NTS in WI?? Ive heard sometimes it’s even longer than 6 weeks and I’m wondering when to start studying…I plan to take FAR first and I’m planning on taking it in Q4 hopefully October.

Hi from WI! It took me just over two months. Very frustrating. It caused me to miss the first testing window. I hope you have better luck!

    REG - November 2018

I live in Wisconsin and I applied on 6/17/18, that was eight weeks ago and I am still waiting. I also met a fellow student for who it took about eight weeks, she applied in mid May 2018 and received her NTS mid July 2018. So, don't trust NASBA on what they say and understand that it is going to take awhile.

Hi @Kblader, I am not from WI. But you might try following up with your state board/NASBA. Don't know if it will make any difference or not- in some states it won't. However, in Texas I was able to get mine through about a month before my peers who applied at the same time just by emailing the state board and asking nicely about the status.

    Good Luck!
