This may be a really dumb administrative question but I’m getting a little frustrated here…..
Due to the COVID-19 complications I want to reschedule my test at the Prometric Center. However, I have the end-date NTS constraint of 07/02, which I want to move beyond. I’ve been calling NASBA to determine the appropriate next steps to take but have not been able to reach anyone at the phone number provided on the website. In addition, I have sent out an email to them hoping to get a response.
Any suggestions on different actions I should be taking?
