UNA – CPA Excel Course – Passing Score?

    I registered for Taxation II through UNA to obtain 3 accounting credits towards the 150 hours. I was wondering – what is the passing score cutoff? The syllabus says a 60-70% is a D. Does that mean 60 is passing? Does it matter what your grade for the course is and will it look bad if I got a D?
