I’m interested to see how people handle the time headed up into taking an exam. I’m sure some study up until the last minute. Is there any science as to how to best prepare the night before for the grueling battle with an exam?

sex? movies? study? sleep? eat before or after exam?

Just wondering.

I take the day off work to just relax the day before and not have my mind cluttered with work. Also to kill time until I had to sleep, I went and saw American Sniper at 10pm-12pm. I didn't work any questions. Normally just skim the book/ninja notes Becker pass keys, maybe watch a snippet of a lecture.

Day before: 30 MCQs and 1 SIM. Then relax and watch TV the rest of the day.

Day of: Up at 5:00, eat the same breakfast as I would before work, hit the road by a little after 6, stop for a coffee, then take the exam at 8. Get home between noon and 1, then happy hour with the wife when she gets home.
