    Hey everyone,

I am about to embark on my exam journey (planning to take the FAR section in mid October). The only issue is that I have three planned trips (two weekend-long, and one week-long).

Have any of you had to juggle taking days off at a time from studying, and if so, what worked for you/did not work for you?

I anticipate that I will be able to do a little bit of studying (1, maybe 2 hours) each day during the week-long trip.

    Any advice/tips are appreciated!

The CPA exam is about prioritizing things in your life.
I don't think there was a day I completely skipped some type of CPA review or study.
    My mind wouldn't allow it.
Can you still pass, yes probably.
    Is it prudent? Not likely.
Try and make some time each morning on vacation to go over things, don't let the concepts get stale, especially with FAR.

I agree with Recked. I would probably strive to do some form of review at least during your trips. Of course, don't spend a significant amount of time on it. Enjoy the time off if you can. I would try to listen to some audio review/go over your notes as you travel or if you're up early enough.

A big part of the exams is also managing your time. So I would just try to schedule your studying so you don't have to learn/re-learn something while on vacation.

    AUD - 86 6/8/18
    BEC - 86 12/6/17
    FAR - 89 10/6/17
    REG - 85 3/9/18
