Score Release Screwing Me Over

So, as previously said in my last topic. I failed FAR today and feel like a ton of bricks came crashing down on me. However, I will remain positive because I passed AUD (By the grace of God a 76). Every forum ive read says to not go to another section and to restudy the one you failed. However, I took 3 sections in Q2 (waiting on BEC) and have been studying for REG for a solid 3 weeks now. Definitely think I might as well stick with it and continue on and take July 11th as planned. I start work however at a Big 4 mid September so I really want to get this test out of the way before. Any advice on what I should do to streamline my process for the retake? I am using Becker now and also use Ninja MC and Ninja Audio and the past 2 exams (BEC and AUD) Ive reread Ninja Notes and rewrote them. Figures I dont use Ninja for FAR and fail. But I would love to be able to raise that 63 to a 75+ in 4-5 weeks. Gimme that knowledge!

    AUD - 76
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 77
    REG - 81

I would also like to add as an initial disclaimer, if I fail BEC, which unfortunately seems a lot more likely than I thought when I first began this CPA exam journey, I would rather come home and study for that exam rather than FAR.

    AUD - 76
    BEC - 75
    FAR - 77
    REG - 81

The question is when did you study and take FAR? If you took it in the beginning of the window in Q2 I'd say just go with REG because all that FAR info is out of your mind anyway. If you took it towards the end I'd recommend you study for FAR because you still have some of that information in your head.

If you fail BEC I would save that for last unless you still have a lot of that info in your mind. FAR and REG would be more difficult to pass if you take them while working.

    AUD - 92
    BEC - 88
    FAR - 84
    REG - 90
    AUD - 92 - 4/13/2018

    BEC - 88 - 2/16/2018

    FAR - 84 - 8/28/2018

    REG - 90 - 6/9/2018

Since July 11 is fairly close, I would say continue as planned and then move to the next section. I may be the odd man out, but that’s what I would do in your situation.

Also, figure out what works. Since you’ve already studied the material, maybe you don’t need to again. Last year, all my exams were retakes. I just hit the Ninja test bank and hammered out questions. Once I got out of the assessment phase, I would work on beefing up my weak areas by reading the lessons or watching videos, then hammer questions only on that section for a bit before going back to random selection. This method is what finally worked for me, but if you don’t learn that way it might be more difficult for you. You’ll get it! Just keep going!
