    hi all – just want to know if you still got time to work out when having a full time job and preparing for this exam?

    if so, how did you do that? 😀

    I've been able to keep up 6 days a week @ no less than 30 min workout a day. Now by 30 minutes, I mean HIIT or a rigorous strength workouts with little rest and compound movements, so I'm trying to get the most of my time. I study 1 hr at lunch and some during the day if it's slow, and the remainder in the evening after workout. I'm studying about 3 hrs a day, and have a total commute of at least 1.5 hours. I'm on a shortage of time, but not as bad as many others.

    My study time is about to get more plentiful though since I have surgery this week and won't be exercising for 4 weeks. Soon i'll be concentrating on diet very closely since I won't be able to lift over 10lbs 🙁 At least it'll give me lots of time to study FAR!
