    I’m so burnt out today. I can’t bear to look at FAR. I feel guilty for not studying.

    @Hari

    Amazing scores. Wow. How did you do so well on FAR? Did you have a strong background in it before starting the study process?

    It's definitely OK to take a break every now and then. When I studied, I always took at least one day off per week. Sometimes two. Forcing yourself to study when you're sick of studying isn't going to be very efficient.

    Make flashcards of the different methods of accounting for bonds and warrants, etc. I was a bit overwhelmed when studying these and it wasn't until I went back and made flashcards of the computations that I finally grasped (could remember) how they did it.

    @Rocky123 Thanks! Yes, after getting my bachelors degree I worked in the accounting department of a healthcare organization in my area for two years while working on my MBA and the 150 hours. Doing debits and credits day in and day out helped reinforce the underlying concept of double entry accounting for me and I think it assisted in applying it to other transactions.

    How long have you been studying for FAR? Have you already gone through all the chapters and just going back to the harder ones?

    I have FAR the 24th and I feel I have a lot left.

    I too am so burnt out right now. Just finished FAR and jumped into REG with the stress of having a section roll off at the end of the month if I don't pass. Any suggestions how to make it to the finish line?

    I think I actually gave myself too much time for FAR. I have a decent grasp of the material and am struggling to hammer it hard these last 2 weeks. Lack of sleep is not helping my case.
