Does anyone know when the loophole will start working for Wisconsin? I’m waiting on my Audit Score which its sounds like is out but not sure when the loophole would begin working.

    BEC - 80
    REG - 74
    FAR - 72

WisconsinCPA2be, sounds like the loophole isn't yet working than and your OASIS message is a carry over from the prior exam. Looks like we may have to wait a couple more days for the loophole to work.

    BEC - 80
    REG - 74
    FAR - 72
    AUD - Waiting

    07STI-

What section are you waiting for? Only BEC, AUD, and FAR have been released so far so if you are waiting for REG I don't think the loophole will work yet.

Per NASBA- We now provide, in less thn 24hrs, scores for AL AK CO CT DE FL GA HI IA KS LA MA MI MS MT NH NJ NM NY OH PA RI SC TN UT & WA (Indiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Puerto Rico, Vermont & Wisconsin still take 24-48 hours to process).

I would think that the loophole will not work for 24-48 hours after the score release.

    Paper Exam May 2002; AUD 62, LPR, 63, FAR 49, ARE 70
    Paper Exam Nov 2003; AUD 72, LPR, 72, FAR 67, ARE 71
    CBT 2010; AUD 83 FAR 76 BEC 78 REG 73,(2/28/11 NTS # 446) 75 and DONE!

I know that NASBA did not receive my REG score until the 23rd (I called everyday to see if they had my score) and the loophole worked on the 24th. This makes sense because in theory the borderline scores were released on the 23rd for REG and mine was a borderline score. 73. So, the loophole worked 24 hours after score release?

    Paper Exam May 2002; AUD 62, LPR, 63, FAR 49, ARE 70
    Paper Exam Nov 2003; AUD 72, LPR, 72, FAR 67, ARE 71
    CBT 2010; AUD 83 FAR 76 BEC 78 REG 73,(2/28/11 NTS # 446) 75 and DONE!

It sounds to me like the loophole is working based on what the loophole and OASIS is showing. Maybe not???

The loophole worked for me for FAR which I took Aug. 30th.

I took BEC on the Nov. 29th and I am still unable to check off anything for BEC when I reregister through Ohio. So that is good. However, on the main score release thread there were people commenting about the loophole not working anymore, so I wouldn't be too confident in that anymore.

My question is for WI when can we expect scores to be posted? In the past it was typically a week after ALL parts had been released. So we are looking at next week Thursday or Friday(doubtful cause of the Holiday) so that puts it at Monday the 27th. Am I way off here or do other people thinks this makes sense? I hope I am wrong and they come sooner. This whole process is just ridiculous and WI is a joke, if I would have known that WI was this inefficient I would have tested through another state.

Does anyone have Geneva Mosley's e-mail?

The loophole also worked for me on FAR which I took on 10/05 and failed. I'm waiting to see how Auditing shakes out before I re-register again for January or February.

I took AUD on 11/29 and I also cannot check it off but I can re-register for FAR. So I think it is a good sign.

@WISCOJAKE I agree with you that it typically takes one week after all the scores have been released to see WI scores. Here is Geneva's email address. gmosley@nasba.org Good luck getting a response from her. 🙂

@jhein023 Thanks for starting a wisconsin thread.

I just can't see how the loophole wouldn't work…there has to be a check in place in order for screen to pop up that allows or disallows you to re-register. I just hope my score is received soon so I can test it out.

No way man, I think if all scores are released by the end of this week then we will get our scores by at least next wednesday

I could re-register for FAR before all the scores were released WI. I think the Oasis is worthless if you have other exams outstanding on your NTS. My Oasis hasn't changed since I took BEC in July.

Wave 1 last score was released on Nov. 23, we could view them on Dec. 3. So we'd be looking at about 10 days and we're going over an xmas break likely.

    BEC - 80
    REG - 74
    FAR - 72
    AUD - Waiting

Last year I took FAR on October 6 and didn't receive my score until January 3. That was one of the most annoying things I've ever experienced. I hope they are released prior to January 1.

“Wave 1 last score was released on Nov. 23, we could view them on Dec. 3. So we'd be looking at about 10 days”

…but the 10 days included Thanksgiving break and we know that NASBA was off that Thurs and Fri. Taking the holiday into consideration, it took about a week. I predict we see WI scores next Thurs, the 23rd.

I e-mailed Geneva asking when we can expect our scores to be released:

    Geneva,

Is there any kind of estimate as to when we can expect WI scores for the Oct/Nov wave 2 window?

AICPA has released to NASBA AUD and BEC scores on December 15th and also released FAR scores today. After reading forums online I don't understand how come all of these other states NASBA and non-NASBA have their scores released before WI.

I've heard the generic response that this the way the board releases scores. But I would like a real reason with some kind of explanation. People have invested countless hours of their life and also a great amount of money in fees to take this exam. It seems ridiculous that in 2010 this process is conducted in the most inefficient way possible. I understand it takes time to grade the exam but why is there such a delay for WI when other states get their scores the same day AICPA releases to NASBA.

    Thank you for your time.

    The reply:

    Jake:

Release will not be until the 1st week of January.

    Best regards,
