73 on FAR, my first exam. I honestly thought I'd get about a 60 so I was prepared to fail, but I wasn't prepared to come SO close to passing. That stung. Oh well, at least this means my 18 month window hasn't started ticking yet. I'll just have to knock it out in October. (Hopefully)

@Beardown – I am with u! Just got my FAR score (523 IL), my first exam ever, and I scored a 74. Bummed a little (a lot) yes. But if I get at it a little harder this month, it will definitely be done by next month. Sims killed me, so I need to practice those a lot.

PASSED AUDIT after going through the Becker book in 2 weeks! So relieved this is my second test and I was fresh off a fail in FAR. I am so elated to have one out of the way. AUD MD 524!!

@hangin on honestly I think it was just pure luck because I knew I wanted to get FAR (8/9) and AUD (8/31) done in August. I started studying in July and after I found out I failed FAR it killed my motivation. I didn't even have the homework for any audit chapter completed past a 70%. I took notes every chapter and studied about 4-6 hours a day and wrote down any questions I got wrong. Then about 4 days before I read the whole book again but didn't do any MC at all. There were some areas I knew really well because I was an accounting intern for 2 years so I knew what went in the audit letters since I had to type so many up. I barely squeaked into a passing grade but I'll take it. Good luck with the studying!
