I have fallen victim to the BEC myth 2 times in a row. Failed by a couple points each time, and it took about a week longer to recieve my score.

CPA EXAM: DONE!!!!
Ethics Course: Passed
Application Mailed: 3/16/15
Professional Conduct Exam: 97
Certification Date: 4/2/15!!!

I think the BEC bubble works like this…

EXAMPLE

if you see that you have a 74 on the first day of score release, you must've gotten all 15 points on your simulations. Since you have all the points, there would be no point in the AICPA hand scoring because there is no more room to play with.
