So they fixed the issue yesterday with the site by having to reset my password TWICE before I was able to get in and I keep thinking, you know what, I should try back every day because I can damn near guarantee this will happen again and I don't want to risk it happening on test release date so guess what?! Same error message this morning. This is really unbelievable. What was the purpose of making the new site if it was going to malfunction this badly and now every time I want to login I will have to call them to reset my password?! And am I going to have to call them on score release date too if I want to see what I got?!!

I'm so annoyed you guys. On top of the fact that we are already taking this ridiculously expensive and difficult exam, waiting two months to get the damn score and now I can't even log in to the site without jumping through hoops. This whole CPA experience has just been a nightmare for me in every way possible.

Sorry to rant. I'm just in a pissy mood 🙁

4 more days if they decide to release the scores early! Trying to do other stuff to keep my mind off of the release day, but can't help it.

Good luck everyone! It's easy to say ‘what's done is done' and to relax until scores but unfortunately we all know ourselves better than that, even to our detriment.

@Big4BeanCounter – Waiting on the last scores for the potential end is by far the most agonizing. I took them at the end of each quarter one after another, and while I was neurotic with the score obsession for the first 3, for the last one – REG for me, the last few days were the worst. I was grateful it was super slow at work since my concentration was all over the place.

How does everyone feel about the chances of releasing the scores early (Monday instead of Tuesday). I'm putting my bets on 40% chance on Monday and 60% chance on Tuesday. Trying to hold back my optimism, lol.

    Hi everyone
All the best for score.. I am bit tense today …till now I had a feeling I am clearing far, my last section to reach my goal. Today I am feeling bit negative as score date is approaching ..errrrr…. I have to stay positive.. fingers crossed!!

Did anyone else who took BEC have a very non math intensive exam? I found it interesting that maybe 15-20% of my exam was equation related (mostly 1st testlet and 1 or 2 of the SIMS). I felt Becker prepared me well but gosh my 2nd testlet was out of this world and non math SIMS were tough. It seemed like they hit very small things, or things not in Becker at all. Praying for a 75 and the start of life haha

@Mskcle, I felt horrible about BEC. I knew the math and probably could have retaught it to someone else, but my whole dam test was IT and the EBOCA internal controls stuff. I was pissed thinking I would fail while I spent so much time studying for so little of it to actually be on the test. I got an 88 though.

@kmgentil that gives me hope.. My exam experience sounds very similar to yours. I had written all of the formulas possible on notecards, memorized them, and knew how to apply them but was blasted by conceptual questions for 4 hours. Hopefully it all works out!

Most of the needed analytics / financial ratio formulas are now provided on all of the SIMS, so there is less of a need to memorize those.

I should add that my last post is in regards to BEC.

Did anyone listen to NASBA's live Facebook thing? I saw a lot of comments asking about early score release, but I don't have headphones at work so I couldn't hear the answers.

Just wondering if the live-cast was useful or informative at all.

I didn't listen to it but I'm sure they are going to say the usual – we have no control over when the scores can be released, etc. etc. etc.

I watched the FB live stream and they said the same Sep 11th/Sep 19th score release date with TBD exact time

The broadcast wasn't very useful. They basically said they will release the scores when they get them from the AICPA, and NASBA don't have any control over the release schedule. I assume they won't release over the weekend, so guess Monday is the best we can hope for now.

If they follow the script they have all year, they'll release the day before or earlier the day of. They play the “hero” after depriving us for months….
