@mcll – Here was the email I sent that got the reply finally from Mr. Tate:
I was referred to Joe Tate by a NASBA candidate service rep on the morning of December 12th. I sent him the following email:
“I took AUD on 11/23 in Oregon and was wanting to know if you have released the scores to the Oregon Board of Accountancy yet?
Also, do they receive the scores from you electronically or do you mail them physical copies? I am just trying to get an idea of when I can expect to receive a score from the state since I am having to plan my remaining exams around this score.”
I have yet to hear a response. I sent the same email to another exam question email link on your website and have gotten no response.
I have also called and talked to candidate service reps on 3 different occasions over the last 2 days and have been told 3 different answers to my question:
Rep #1 – Your exam scores were sent to your state board electronically on the 7th
Rep #2 – Your exam scores were sent to your state board through the mail on the 7th – also referred me to Joe Tate prompting email #1
Rep #3 – Your exam scores haven’t been sent yet – referred me to Joe Tate prompting email # 2 and voicemail #1
I am coming down to the wire before I start losing credits for passed exams, and I am needing to set up my study plan which is 100% contingent on if I passed AUD or not. So I am finding it VERY frustrating to be getting the runaround from the phone reps and a lack of acknowledgement from the person they refer me to.
Can someone please help or provide me some insight. My State Board is also keeping me out in the dark saying that they think the scores won’t be received until December 15th(which coincides with when the employee who is in charge of the exam returns from vacation).
Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
