LAcpaHopeMemberBEC MO NTS 461 11/30, nothing. I don't have a good feeling. I thought I actually did pretty damn good on the MCQs, but spent too much time on the last testlet, which was difficult, and left myself only about 25 minutes for the WCs. I thought my first WC was good, but only had about 15 minutes left for the 2nd and 3rd. The second one kinda sucked, about 6 sentences and the third only about 4.
I wish they'd just give us our scores so we can move on! Or at least give us a more solid time frame of when we can expect to see them.
@Lady in red, hopefully we don't have to wait until next Wednesday

AnonymousInactive@LAcpaHope- You stated my scenario exactly the same! I took 11/30 NTS 465 and thought I did pretty damn good on the MCQs. I'm talking every one of them, I pretty much saw before or knew exactly how to solve for the answer. Only thing I took too much time on my testlets and left with only 30 mins for WC. I wrote the first one pretty well (I thought!) so hoping that they take that WC as part of grade, but didn't leave much time for the other two WC. So I had to quickly do the second and the last one only got a few sentences out before time was up. So I have no idea what to think now. I also just want to know the damn score. š

raymondsfamilyParticipantSo, I sent a few emails to my contact with the Idaho state board and ultimately to the nasba contact…the final response is as follows:
Ms. Barrett,
As of today your Bec section has not been scored by the AICPA. We expect to receive all scores by 12/31/11.

Seriously!!! This is too crazy… This unpredictable long wait is so stressful that I couldn't sleep well since 12/7. BTW, I'm also waiting for my BEC #4660.

AnonymousInactiveJust found this statement on the AICPA web site regarding the score release which isn't include on the another71 score release page.
“Note: Some scores for the BEC section may be released in a subsequent release due to the written communication tasks.”
I think I'll be able to relax a little bit, since this is normal procedure š

LAcpaHopeMember@raymondsfamily @cpamonkey – I can't believe that the AICPA is so understaffed that they won't get our exams graded until late December. I have to believe a majority of us, not all, have borderline scores and the WCs are either being regraded by humans or the questions we received are being analyzed further…
Based on what on what Lady in Red said, hopefully we should see them posted by Wednesday..
@ajlrel99 – Yep, wishing my first WC wasn't a pretest question, too! I should have known better like everyone says and just stayed on schedule..

LAcpaHopeMember@cpamonkey – I thought there was a PDF on the AICPA website that was released in July or something that talks about BEC WC scoring..this maybe what you are reading. I thought it mentioned something about near passing scores and/or newer questions being regraded by human graders and that these test results may take longer to be released.

AnonymousInactiveNope, it is exactly what I paste above, here is the link. The statement is right below the table.

macistna95MemberCongratulations to all that have passed š
I am retaking BEC cpa exam in Jan/Feb 2012. I am using Becker cpa material and find this is weak in preparing me for this section of the cpa exams.
I was adviced to purchased Rogers CPA material which comes with Wiley.
What is the difference on purchasing Wiley Online Test Bank through this website “another7f.com” versus
purchasing the material through Rogers cpa website?? (besides the price difference)
Thank you
