4667, AUD in Arkansas–nothing. I don't understand why all of the scores don't load at the same time once they are released? Is it NASBA or our states?

Just got my score 458 CA…. My last exam (Reg)…. I got a 74. I'd like to repeal but I've read that NASBA has zero sympathy towards anyone, so I submitted to the CA board to retake the test. So they have a ATT pending, anyone have an Idea if I can get in before the end of the year to take it again?? I know they extend the testing period into December near the end of the year…
