I wanted to post here to let you guys know that I was almost done with the CPA exam and was supposed to sit for my last part (FAR) earlier this year. I had a medical emergency that prevented me from taking the exam. I had an NTS for FAR that expired last window and I took FAR without studying and I just received my score of 54. I'm not too disappointed because I took the exam with almost no studying. In the meantime my credit for AUD expired so I have to retake that next window along with FAR. Today was really unproductive study wise for me because all I did was wait for the score even though I knew I was going to fail, I was just praying that I could have gotten lucky.

I'm in NY and my NTS starts with 449. Good luck to the rest of you.

To all in California…for Quarter 3 I received results for Audit the same day scores were released. BEC at 6 the following morning. Pretty sure when we wake up scores will be there – if any of us will sleep. I've started on wine. I keep thinking how I changed some SIM answers with 1 minute left to go – from correct to *^%ing wrong! I pray I squeak through.

Um Jack … I'm going to be very clear and as polite as possible with this post. I am here to cheer on those who pass and console those who don't pass. I have never met anyone on this message board nor do I have to in order to feel like they are family. Their sorrow is my sorrow. Their triumphs are my triumphs, so Jack, you need to understand I am an old lady who doesn't take a lot of crap from anyone and I'm certainly not going to let anyone mess with my family! If you don't like the chit-chat and friendly banter then get off the forum!

I don't IM or FB either. I can send you my email addy? I know, how lamo! I keep using the CPA exam as an excuse, but really it seems like too much to take care of. I appreciate the thought though! Love the AICPA line, sounds like a winner. And LOL on the joke–damn, another fee to pay, I could have saved money by combining REG and Audit–UGH. I think that we should get plaques on the doors or something! hehe

Thanks for the motivating post. I want to be one of those 1 in 10, just doesn't feel like it now. Kinda like a square peg in a round hole. The end does seem so far away. I tell you that I am now developing a real phobia on checking my scores–I hate to have to relive that again!!!! I am hoping for good news for you on REG. BTW I really like your blog posts!

@ JMG, I think they might go all night – I've heard of people going to bed around midnight and wake up at 4 am and their score is there! For the fees we pay they better be working overnight to give us our scores!!

@SHORTDESRTGUY I know what you mean… the second I walked out of the testing center I started second guessing all of my answers. Now I'm going to be waiting up all night for my AUD score after what you posted haha!
