I take AUD tomorrow (the 10th) and I’m already dreading the wait. I took my last test (BEC) on the first day of the window and had to wait six weeks, so I’m over with the waiting already!

    Hello, NeedsA75!

I felt okay about the test as I was doing it and for a bit afterward, but as time has passed I have been more and more nervous about it. I have my NTS for the other three sections and cannot afford to have the wind taken out of my sails by a fail right out of the gate.

I found the link! Thanks for the heads up.

Like you, I'd be as happy with a 75 as I would be with a 99. I was always very cautious in school about my GPA but am such a nervous wreck about the certification exams that a pass is perfectly fine with me!

Which part are you waiting on?

I'm waiting on BEC as well. How difficult do you think the MC was or did you think it was straight forward?

I actually thought I was being punked because most of them seemed easy. I guess my review material had psyched me out.
There were a few questions that were worded SO strangely that I wasn't sure of what the question was. It was one with double negatives in the question and the answer options were yes or no under 4 categories. . . Definitely confusing!
In the real world, I would have asked the person to rephrase the question for sure.

Mine was kinda like that too. There were a lot of softball questions in there. But there was also some real tricky (COSO) and random (IT) things thrown in there that I'm sure I missed

I took my test on the 9th but CPA Central just updated the status today to “An attendance record for one or more sections has been received.” Does that mean they won't have my score for this release…….ugh

@industryCPA I am in a similar situation. I also took it on the 9th, yet this is what it says in CPA Central.

    It says in CPA central:
    Status Date: 12/13/2016
Details: An attendance record for one or more sections has been received.

But on their own website (https://nasba.org/exams/news/2016-q3q4-score-release-timeline/)… it says,

For the vast majority of candidates, the AICPA receives the Exam data files from Prometric within 24 hours after a candidate completes the Exam. The scores for the examination data files received after the AICPA cutoff dates will be in the subsequent scheduled target score release.

Anyone in a similar situation tell us how it ended up? I want my results so I can move forward with my life (For better or worse. I really want it for the better. I am so very tired of this process.) I really also have no idea how I am going to respond to a fail. I am fairly sure being crushed would be a vast understatement to the emotional toll it would take on me.

    What section did you take?

    AUD: 85 (3/8/16)
    FAR: 77 (6/7/16)
    BEC: ??? (9/7/16)
    REG: ???

I took REG @ImmoKnight it was actually my first test of the CPA so I guess I can't be too upset if I didn't pass but I just can't get myself to fully devote myself to the next section without knowing! Fingers crossed for both of us to find out tomorrow night!

I have the same thing. Status as attendance and date of 12/13. I took BEC on 12/9. Perhaps it is delayed due to the writing evaluation?

Anyone who took BEC on the 2nd to last day of the extension period have experience with this? Did your score come out in the subsequent release date? Thanks!!

Haha! Well, I just locked myself out of CPA Central because I'm such a nervous wreck that I couldn't remember my password! I've been using the Candidate Online Advisory Score page (not actually logging into CPA Central) to track my score but wanted to see if I had the same message as some of you have. . . Oh well! I guess this means I should just get some sleep.

    – wow I feel the same. You are spot on.

Hope all of you pass tomorrow. All the best 🙂

Question, is there anyway for me to be able to view my score earlier than the 16th?

I don't see the clock yet.

Maybe they change to the clock in the morning.

@iragilligan I think the NASBA clock goes up either at midnight or noon
