Those of you still waiting, I wish you the best of luck. I know how frustrating this can be. For those of you that did not pass, you can do it. It took me 5 attempts and 3 years to pass FAR. Before this score of 80 I had gotten a 74,69,68,68. This exam is a mental challenge and you can overcome “THE BEAST”. If you want tips and advice about how to conquer FAR you can email me at: hamzaarshad@gmail.com. I will be more than happy to help you.

    Peace.

    I FREAKING DID IT!!!!! i PASSED!!! 83!

    Seriously I am in shock.

I woke up at 330ish and did not want to look. Could not fall back asleep though so finally I got the courage (after starting to shake and convinced I was going to throw up).

I honestly felt like crap leaving that test. So many questions didnt seem to make sense to me, but that is exactly how I felt leaving AUD and somehow I passed that so I held out a bit of hope.

I just want to say – just like someones signature on here (cant remember who at the moment, sorry) If I can pass this test, anyone can! You just have to keep plugging through and do whatever you can to keep your focus and keep studying. I started this process just about 2 years ago when I sent in my first application in February 2010 and now in February 2012 I am done!

It wasn't pretty, but that's what makes it so rewarding. 🙂

    AHHHHH!!!!!!

    AUD - 73, 82 7/2010
    REG - 79 7/2010
    BEC - 72, 74, 78 7/2011
    FAR - 66, 83 1/2012 - AND I'M DONE! Best feeling ever.

MN Licensed CPA as of 5/18/12!

    Hey everyone.

I posted this in another topic but I realized everyOne is still focused on score release so I figured I'd repost it here to help those waiting pass time. I am really eager for some feedback as I just don't know how I can get passed this test!

    Hi all,

I think this post is about almost 4 years in the making but I thought it was finally time to share my journey with the Another 71 community.

Basically, my journey started in 2008, not spending enough time led to two horrible failing grades in BEC and Audit respectively. After way too long of a break, I am back at trying to beat this exam.

I recently studied very hard but found out today in the score release that I scored a 63. The positive that I took from this is that I vastly improved since I last took AUD in 2009, but did not think I was that far away. How does everyone suggest I get those last 12 points? I am using Yaeger home study and the cram. It was the first time I thought I was really prepared for the exam and walked out thinking I had a chance to pass. Clearly, I fell short.

My next plan of action is to take BEC on 4/14 then retake AUD on 5/21. Does this seem like the way I should approach it, as I have been studying for BEC since I took AUD.

I look forward to reading about the advice that the Another 71 Community has and I look forward to sharing my journey towards passing this exam, finally.
