Counting down to Wave 2!!

I figured I’d give us a new thread since the original is already up to 51 pages and threads can get “glitchy” (for lack of a better word) after too many pages.

Hopefully this score release goes better than Wave 1 technologically and we all get our scores business day before like in the past. 16 days, 4 hours, 35 minutes, 30 seconds until Friday, 2/22 @ 2pm (complete guess time).

What’s everyone waiting for? I’m waiting for AUD. Really hoping to be 3/4 done at the end of February!!!

For those that didn't like the answer from the pen, it said that I will have a third child. There is no way that will ever happen!!

well since there is a chance my score will be available today or tomorrow – – (fingers crossed) I now have something to do at work today… 🙂 I should be waiting for scores every closing period – – I had so much nervous energy I finished way early.

I understand the thinking that scores may be released tomorrow based on the ‘business day prior to' history of score release – but can someone explain why they may be released today?

@whatamidoing – the theory they MIGHT possibly be released today is that the release schedule is wrong. They list the score release as the 6 business day following month-end as March 11th. Which would mean scores would start being released tomorrow. However, the 6th business is truly March 8th, which would mean if they are releasing on 6th business day, we would start to see scores today.

However, AICPA said it stands by March 11th as the date, so we will probably have to wait til tomorrow. I'm prepared for tomorrow, but if they start today that would be a bonus.

Does any one know when the testing window was closed to know what is the 6th business day following the close of window? I'm CO 503 BEC, hope BEC takers will not wait longer than others for the written piece

@EnjoyingCPA – it sounds like the window was extended, but that in no way effects this score release. The end of the window for this score release was the end of February, February 28th. Anyone testing in the extended period will be part of a score release at a later time.

Bottom line, if you took your exam in February, you will be part of this release.
