Counting down to Wave 2!!

I figured I’d give us a new thread since the original is already up to 51 pages and threads can get “glitchy” (for lack of a better word) after too many pages.

Hopefully this score release goes better than Wave 1 technologically and we all get our scores business day before like in the past. 16 days, 4 hours, 35 minutes, 30 seconds until Friday, 2/22 @ 2pm (complete guess time).

What’s everyone waiting for? I’m waiting for AUD. Really hoping to be 3/4 done at the end of February!!!

I'm having my doubts about Texas scores tonight..They've been behind this entire score release I don't know why they'd try to fix it now.

@soxfan866- you know it buddy! We've got to keep our streak going here. Of course, you and k917 already finished your AUD tests (and not to jinx it, but with flying colors I'm sure). I've still gotta earn my stripes and take that test next Monday! But as you said, I am very, very glad for the much shorter wait time (two weeks instead of a month for FAR!)

Good luck folks who are still waiting for wave one. We're all rooting for you!

IL REG – 79!!!

I got my score just after 10am this morning – still can't stop staring at it. ONE LEFT!!!

And a huge thank you to Jeff for NINJA audio – I swear it's what got me from 72 to 79. I'm buying it this weekend for FAR!

Hopefully this is the last score release thread I will be posting on as a CPA candidate…

Re-taking REG (71 last attempt) on 2/12/13. Last time I took it was was freaking out and wasn't prepared enough (who ever is prepared enough?).

This time reading through the books a lot more is sinking in which is a good sign. The Gleim practice scores have significantly increased.

Does anybody have any thoughts on making sure I am as ready as possible? So far I have NINJA notes planned, lots of MCQ, and some SIM practice out of my review course books. Not sure if there's anything else I can do…?

I too wish i pass this time around on 22/2. When i see lot of ppl passing i wonder if cpa is a really tough exam. I feel after all this anyone can become a cpa with hard work, never say die attitude……its not beyond anybody….. only quitters will be losers.

Thanks everyone for the support, Jeff for this forum and the ninja notes. Keep up the hard work everyone. This is an incredible accomplishment and such a relief to finally be done. I'm ecstatic right now. All the hours I put in to this exam have finally paid off. YES!!!

Passed FAR!!!! I'm done!!!!! I can't believe it!!!! I'll tell you – I really put in a lot of time for this – I'm a good student, but a shaky test-taker (test anxiety) and after passing BEC last year I took the four exams between the other three parts before passing all of them in a row between October and January.

This test is doable – you've just got to put in a lot of time. Don't give up and don't register for multiple sections at once if you're not ready – stupid mistake I made – you think you are saving yourself money by paying for them all at once – probably not.
