    Dears,

Please note Prometric site is giving me the below error message:

” There is no test center available for the chosen test in the geographic area you specified. Please try another location ”

I have paid for NTS (04-Oct-2016) and for international testing (05-Oct-2016).

Till today 21-Oct-2016 i have US testing location only.

Appreciate advising next action or whom to communicate to solve this issue.

    Regards,

It looks like it's only supposed to take 24 hours for the update to allow international locations, so I would assume that either the search is having issues, all seats are booked in the testing location you're looking, or the election for international testing wasn't processed. So, I would suggest 2 things:

    – Try looking in a different international location, if you haven't already. Let's say that you are attempting to test in Kuwait; try looking for test centers in Japan instead. If you can find test seats in Japan, of course booking one wouldn't help you if you're in Kuwait, but it would confirm whether you can see any international seats or not. Or if you're in Japan, look for seats in Kuwait, or Brazil, etc. The list of international locations where testing is allowed, according to what I could find, is Japan, Brazil, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon and the United Arab Emirates, so you could try any of these countries to confirm that your NTS isn't allowing international scheduling.
    – If the above doesn't work, then contact NASBA and see if they can confirm whether your NTS is listed for international testing, and perhaps help you to locate available testing.

There's not a large population of people on here who test internationally (more of the international candidate that I have seen travel to the US to test), so I haven't seen this specific issue before, but hopefully one of those options will help resolve it.
