My name is Vishal Talreja & I am an Indian National but working/residing in Dubai, UAE.

Actually, I cleared all my CPA (4 Exams) in 1st attempt way back in October 2010. I registered with Colorado State but appeared for Exams in Massachusetts State.

Now, since I wish to start my own Audit practice in UAE, I need to register myself as a member with AICPA.

My Educational Qualifications:
a. Bachelor of Commerce (India)
b. Member of Institute of CA of India

My Experience:
a. As Audit & Tax Manager with Audit &Tax Practicing Firm in UAE under Indian CA since 2008.

As per my knowledge, I need to clear Ethics exam and then go for Certification/Licensure. Can you please guide way forward and which state will be easier to get Certification considering My Educational Qualification & Work Experience.
