    Hi everyone,

I am hoping that somebody who are familiar with obtaining a CPA license in NH can help me out. I don’t have any audit experience but I pursuing a CPA license. I have >3 work experience as a staff accountant.

I am looking for states that do not require audit work experience and I saw that NH is one. I found the following on New Hampshire Statutes, so I think I am fine. But I would really appreciate it if someone who went through the licensure process without audit experience could share their experience.

    Thanks in advance!!

    Hello,

I didn't have zero audit experience, but didn't have as much. My experience was more varied. I had mostly tax, bookeeping, review, and comp under my belt. I think I had 300 audit hours in 3 years. As long as you are in public accounting and hit 1,500 billable hours a year you should be fine.

    AUD - 86
    BEC - 77
    FAR - 77
    REG - 88
