Let’s say my friend has a test date scheduled for July 1st. If later on like on May 15, he decides to reschedule for May 29, will he have to pay a fee?

There's a $35 charge for rescheduling an exam within 30days of the scheduled date!

There's no charge if you reschedule more than 30 days from your exam date. I think your friend should also consider their NTS, are they eligible to sit in the month of May?

Yes he's eligible for the month of May. I thought maybe the rescheduling fee wouldn't apply because technically, if he schedules it for July 1st, but then he schedules it earlier to May 29, he still did the rescheduling not within the month time frame. But then the rescheduled date would be within the 30 days from when he rescheduled. Kinda confused.

So, I have an exam tomorrow (less than 12 hrs) and I'm pretty sure I'm not ready. I can't reschedule online on prometric. If I call in the morning, will they let me reschedule?
