Hello. I am in the process of completing my CPA exams and need to pass REG before AUD expires on 6/15/22. In order for AUD to not expire (presuming I pass REG), can I take REG ON 6/15 or do I need to take it before then? I am on the Prometric website to schedule my REG exam and the only dates available within a reasonable distance are 6/6 and 6/15. I am leaning toward the 15th because I REALLY need the additional 9 days to study.

I believe that the rule is you have to take your exam on or before the expiration date. You'll obviously get your scores later, but the score release date doesn't matter.

AUD - 79
BEC - 80
FAR - 76
REG - 92
