Make sure leave at least 2 hours for SIMS and use auth literature in every SIM . trust me this time I passed Audit with this approach. I spend atleast 5-7 minutes in searching the topic in aut literature , then another 15 minutes filling the right answer from aut lit. I applied less knowledge and more research skill. I am praying for you..

Thanks for the advice. I remember using it a lot last time and I think I scored comparable on them but weak on all the MCQ topics.

I like to think I have a pretty good grasp on evidence and sampling since I do these things everyday. How would you suggest I cover the opinion letters and types of reports? I always get mixed up on where to put the explanatory paragraph…blahblahblah. This and independence are going to be the two topics I know I need to solidify, they killed me last time.

I'm a little intimidated going back to do a four hour exam after the quick BEC, I will admit. My exam is also at 5 p.m. which is totally new for me. Lots of caffeine will be consumed at 4, I am sure of it.

Kill off FAR for me! Use all that excitement of visiting your family to focus on being done with this exam once and for all and never having to study again! I am excited and rooting for you!

Not trying to hijack this thread. Just need some tips on how to re-study, got a 70 last Saturday. Gotta admit, I studied too long that I forgot most of what I studied during the first half. Felt overwhelmed with the material during my 2-week review.

What did you guys do right the second time around? I'm planning to study the chapters that have more concepts. Thanks.

Hey, I'm glad you did!

If you have Becker flashcards those really helped me out. I typed out every one of them into Excel. I don't feel like I really nailed this exam, just got really lucky.

I saved a lot (like 2 hours) for my open ended and used the AL completely on two of them.

Know your reports, rules of independence and testing of the accounts!

BTW – anyone heard from Nam?

I'm BACK! OK So … it has been a while. Things with work got super crazy, holidays got me all crazy busy, my fiance is being deployed in a few months, and well I just haven't had the urge to study. Things have gotten me down, but I need to still take the two I have scheduled. It would be so silly to waste the money AND chance to possibly pass HA! I am starting to study FARE tonight. I am just AHHHHHH ha! Good luck guys!
