Received 74 on BEC, should I request score review? - Page 2

I received 74 on BEC, is requesting a score review worth it? Anyone ever had any luck with a score review?

I know that the answers to the multiple choice questions are pretty cut and dried. I would like the written communications section reviewed. According to the candidate performance report I was “Comparable” in the written communication section.

Based on my research a review would be $150.00 and be completed six weeks after the closing of the score review orders which is October 25th.

Or do I just forget it and hit the books to re-test in October?

This whole process is sooooo frustrating!!! Thanks for your thoughts

    REG 49,72,74,82
    AUD 73,83
    BEC 74,76
    FAR 80
After nine tests I am finally DONE

Not yet, all that just happened in Q3 this summer 🙁 I'm still feeling the sting of it … retaking FAR in October … REG in November. Goal is to be done in 2013.

    Licensed Florida CPA:
    B: 71, 73, 79
    A: 83
    R: 78 (expired), 77
    F: 74, 74, 80

    It's finally freaking over.

    @ Gatorbates

Happened to me as well. Just one point made the difference between being DONE and going from 3 credits to 1 🙁

I thought about requesting a review after what happened to me but after hearing so many negative things about that, I decided to take the result month off and tackle the exams in the next window. Now I have two sections done and will get through with the last remaining sections soon!

    Never give up!

I will say “Hold your breath/and money” and try again…I have been trough this….It gets better. Just retake the exam. I did not go for the review/regrade.

The energy spent into fill-out the forms and going to the board review…traveling…i think is wasted energy because you will resent them..i heard the percentage of positive results is very low less than 5%.

Chanel your energy into re-taking it. Good luck. it will get better.
