Also detailed in BEC was the definition of a pure monopoly, otherwise known as a single seller of a product or service for which there is no close substitute and there is litle market incentive to INNOVATE or control costs. Of course a natural monopoly is where economic or technical conditions permit only one EFFICIENT supplier. So the question is on the table… Do we have a pure monopoly here or a natural monopoly? My vote is for a pure monopoly because there isn't much EFFICIENT about any of this waiting time and there is certainly no incentive to INNOVATE.

I am in NY and I was getting mail excactly week later from posting. My understanding, that once released to Naba they are send out regardless of online posting. I hope I am right.

LOL Anna! At least when you wake up you can be happy because its only a dream, so theres still hope! You can think "PHEW! Only a dream!" I dream every night that I got a 76 or an 80 and I get soo excited. Then, I wake up and im sad because its not real.. constant let downs haha. This process is killing all of us

Here is a question. I noted that Jeff said that scores are starting to be posted at 9:00 instead of the wee hours of the morning. So, when will Monday's scores be posted: late Sunday night, early Monday morning, or late Monday night. Jurisdiction is Missouri.
