@mjganier you have a way with words i love it!! Yeah i gotta tell ya i felt great after the exam yesterday. Looking for to results day. BEC is a pain in the butt to study for but if you put up with it, it really is like preparing for war and walking into a pillow fight. Oh and i forgot to mention, Financial Management did dominate my exam btw but then like i said variance analysis came in second which i expected. Good luck all.

1,340 questions completed in 3 days…how much knowledge I have actually retained is another story. Relaxing and going out tonight. My exam is at 2pm tomorrow so I will get up early and look at WC, variances and overview of the formulas and go kill this stupid BEC exam. Glad the wait is only 10 days I can't take another month waiting for a score release.

Thanks highlight I hope so!! We both need to pass this and move on to our last one. My plan is to take the 10 days off until score release. No matter the outcome we will persever!! Also, I try my hardest not to memorize questions is it normal to still get questions wrong after you have seen them a few times? The Becker lectures for Bec are very long!! I think I spent about 30 hours listening to the lectures, pausing, writing stuff down and highlighting.

I generally bypass the lectures because I feel like they are way too time intensive.

As far as repeatedly getting questions wrong after seeing them 10 times…yeah that happens to me. There are just some concepts I don't understand and never will. I just make sure I have a very high level understanding of what's going on and hope it's not on the exam.

As far as the BEC exam goes, I didn't have any questions that were down in the nitty gritty details.

I do feel that the lectures help especially in some topics. For bec I felt they did make a big difference in my understanding. But anyways, I just checked the pro metric site they did open spots up in March. Their is a spot on 3/7 but I have to pay a fee of $55 you guys think I should reschedule or just take it tomorrow?

Omg!!! I lf i wouldve known that they have scheduled times in March I would've taken it in March. Cpa8488 I think you will do fine if you take the exam tomorrow but extending it won't hurt as long as you keep up the intensity of your studying. Honestly if you reschedule it in March you're going to still have that somewhat incomplete feeling it never ends at some point you just have to take the darn thing you know what i mean.

My dad and friend is no to rescheduling. I made plans tonight and I have plans Sunday and Monday. I have mentally prepared to take the exam tomorrow so I'm thinking to just stay the course. I think the next release date is 3/18. But it would be nice to take it tomorrow and take 10 days off of studying to just relax. My dad said he has already said to many prayers for me to reschedule lol. And this week seems to be mostly conceptual. Maybe next week as punishment for extension it will be all computational haha. I Would like to focus more on variances but I'm just going to look at them tomorrow morning and look at WC again. I don't think the extra days are going to make or break me.

Hello!

Becker's B1 is subdivided into to: Corporate Governance and Operations Management. Then on B6, there's Operations Management again along with other business technical issues. Are these two divided topics interrelated? I just finished studying B1 and saw the same terms on B6. I might probably jump off to B6 after B1 instead of taking B2 as my next chapter? I didn't get to B6 on my first attempt with BEC so I need to hear from those who already read the entire Becker BEC book.

I'm looking for a study group or partner for BEC. I plan to write this in the first week of April 2015. I just took REG 27/02/2015, so if everything doesn't go well i will be retaking that in April also.

My exam is at 10am. It's 5am and I'm up and ready to go kick BEC in the balls. Is anyone else superstitious? I have a specific routine, including the clothes I wear, that I perform every morning before the exam. It's worked the last 3 Exams. It's not changing now, haha.

@armor d I don't remember thinking that the two chapters were interrelated. I think chp 6 was process and project management with planning. Is that right? I studied that book in order of % they said would be tested in the front of the book. One of my written tasks was from chapter 6 – which I remember thinking was one of the only things that came up on the exam from that chapter.
