In financial management alone I've done 700.

@highlightnumb If I remember correctly from Becker, I believe system programmers and application programmers should be separate.

Thinking about rescheduling— I am sitting at trending score of 65%. I can't seem to get it to go up much. I feel like it takes me longer to get through the multiple choice. Any suggestions? I am scheduled to take it on sat.

I've thought about it also. But I feel that I've put too much blood into this thing already. May as well give it a go. Nothing to lose besides cash and less time doing better things. This is my last one so the potential to be done with this thing is a major driver. I went into REG with a 68% and passed so it's still possible.

Mjgainer: Looks like you have passed all of them on the first try. It has been a little more difficult for me…clearly. What is your study method? Just wondering. What are you using as study materials?

@jennibfox I have mine scheduled on the 28th as well. I'll just give it a try. You can sit on the next window anyway in case you don't pass. Make the most of your remaining days by focusing on your weak areas.

Quick question: If there is over/under applied factory overhead, where will it go, is it COGS or COGM?

I don't know if I should continue doing mcq, practice WC, re-write these flashcards, read my ninja notes or listen to BLITZ. I need more hours in the day!! lol

@cpababy…I believe COGS account will be adjusted just because you won't know if FOH is under or overapplied until the actuals come in. COGM application is during the estimation process. Others please feel free to chime in if I am incorrect.

@jenni, I've used cpaexcel to read through the text and used ninja notes and mcq to hammer out the details. I've never really looked at lectures since what they taught was exactly what was in the text. I credit ninja mcq and the notes with those passes especially for REG since that was all I used due to being in a time crunch. If i had just used cpaexcel, I highly doubt I'd be as far as I am. Cpaexcel is terrible for BEC so I'm really struggling with it. MCQ MCQ and more MCQ!

@cpa2015 isn't it if it's immaterial it all goes to COGS but if material then allocated based on ending balances in WIP FG and COGS?

    DONE!!!!

Used Becker online. Who needs a text when you can burn your eyes out staring at the screen for months on end?

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you're hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!"

What I posted was for variable overhead. For fixed over/under applied overhead, it always goes to COGS.

Have you guys noticed that strategic planning budgeting forecasting analysis is only 10 to 14% of your grade? I thought it would be right up there with financial management which is 19 to 23% of your grade. I find that odd because all those variance analysis master budget versus flexible budget topics seem pretty pronounced.
