I have a question that I hope you can help me with…. I purchased the Becker CD’s and installed them on my PC. I have taken and passed all but one of the exams (BEC left).. I was checking to see if my software was up to date and noticed an expiration date of November 2013.. Does this mean my software ( downloaded from my CD’s) will no longer work after November….or will it no longer be supported but I can still take practice exams and do study questions etc?

Starting my BEC from today. Its Wiley and Ninja all the way. I used becker last time and got a 71. it did prepare me well but not as solid as i thought.. since i am done withe the video lecture portion, i will be reading from the wiley book and making loads and loads of notes, and once i am done with the start with the NINJA notes 🙂 i so so want to get over with this … and its just the beginning …i am lucky to have a great work life balance so far .. .. i should be able to put around 25 hrs a week of study time … wish me luck .. feels great to find this forum such an amazing supportive network of dedicated students 🙂

I've notice that most people are either Becker or Wiley/Yaeger and the WTB which is exactly the course that I'm on as well, however, I've also been supplementing with cpareveiwforfree.com. Because their MCQ are worded differently, it helps interpret things from a different perspective. I've found them to be a fantastic addition to my study arsenal!

Yeah @CPA@2014 I've been doing the becker questions and videos first for each one of my exams and then have been following with the wiley test bank in my final review. The WTB allows me to practice the concepts with entirely new questions that really test your knowledge, not just your memory of the becker style.

Before I do the WTB though, I normally go through and rework all of the questions I initially got wrong in becker just to make sure I learned from my initial mistakes.

I agree with @ peetree when I took BEC for the second time I focused more on Wiley Test Bank and Ninja Notes and just refreshed the Becker book. When I took BEC the first time it was just Becker.

For AUD which is my next one Will do Becker and supplement with Wiley Test Bank and Ninja Notes to give me the extra edge.
