I have a question that I hope you can help me with…. I purchased the Becker CD’s and installed them on my PC. I have taken and passed all but one of the exams (BEC left).. I was checking to see if my software was up to date and noticed an expiration date of November 2013.. Does this mean my software ( downloaded from my CD’s) will no longer work after November….or will it no longer be supported but I can still take practice exams and do study questions etc?

@JaredSchultz42 Retake for me, to embarrassed to post my score, not sure exactly what I messed up on. (haven't received my score sheet in the mail yet)

Looking at my re-take being the first week of July, so that I can still get my REG test taken in the next window! I plan to start with the cost section first, then financial management sections too.

Taking BEC on July 15th.. Using Becker study materials. Started B1 this week.

I feel like studying for BEC will be harder than FAR. I looks like all memorization and I suck at memorizing (very demotivating). Does anyone have a method that works for them when it comes to memorizing?

Those of you have taken the BEC, did you have to respond to Memo or E-mail or both ? What i have seen sofar in the review course, everyting is in Memo format. Just wondering coz I have memorized intro paragraph for the memo ( In general word). would that be a problem if use same intro in case i have to respond to all Memo. Of course respond will be reworded when i respond to different topics.

Ready to retake BEC for the 3rd time July 27th… Took in in April window and scored 72. I'm giving myself 4 weeks of studying since I feel I know a lot of the information.. Going to concentrate on my weakest points to make sure I learn them well.

Formulas are not sticking so I am going old school and writing them all 3X each like my son has to do with his vocab words in the 1st grade, lol hoping this will pound them in better…

This time I actually know a lot more but it seems like I would get a score way below 70. I study from Wiley 2011 and know the materials very well. I worked the Wiley test bank 2011 version and did pretty well on them, always getting well above 80%. I'm wondering if it's because I needed a more up to date review book…Anyone know where I can buy used and cheap CPA review books that are at least 2012? Thanks
