I have a question that I hope you can help me with…. I purchased the Becker CD’s and installed them on my PC. I have taken and passed all but one of the exams (BEC left).. I was checking to see if my software was up to date and noticed an expiration date of November 2013.. Does this mean my software ( downloaded from my CD’s) will no longer work after November….or will it no longer be supported but I can still take practice exams and do study questions etc?

@Mickeywanttopass I felt the same way about the exam, it was on so many areas besides BEC I was a little bit upset about it! But for now is done and we can just sit and wait for a miracle to happen!

I feel so much better after reading these posts…Using Becker and I hit the calculations hard. I really focused on Chapters 1-3, took 4-6 a little easier. I even went to Becker's live final review that was 13 straight hours of BEC review. Got to the exam and I was like, “HUH?!?!” I felt completely defeated. I may have gotten a total of 6 calculations. Feel like I was really strong on 2 of the 3 communications. Keeping my fingers crossed..If I can just pull off a 75, I only have REG left.

So confused why everyone claims BEC to be the easiest!! On ch 2 of Becker and so frustrated at the complexity!! Really stressing out here, can someone console me? I start at PwC in 5 weeks and must be finished all 4 exams before I start (personal goal). No pushing off this exam!! Help?!?!

If it makes you feel any better, Chapters 1 and 2 of Becker were the most frustrating to me. The material seemed to flow much easier after those chapters. Just stick with it and practice, practice, practice until you can spit out the formulas in your sleep.

I used Yaeger/Wiley for BEC and it didn't turn out very well. I felt blindsided by several questions throughout the test. Anyone have suggestions on how to boost the score? I do have the Ninja notes that I'll use for my retake in October. (If I passed REG)

@taylorstrona Thanks! Yes that definitely helps!! Did some flashcards last night and now I'm having a (slightly) easier time with the homework questions. It's starting to flow better. But hearing that it'll get easier is really good to hear. Thanks for the support!
