I have a question that I hope you can help me with…. I purchased the Becker CD’s and installed them on my PC. I have taken and passed all but one of the exams (BEC left).. I was checking to see if my software was up to date and noticed an expiration date of November 2013.. Does this mean my software ( downloaded from my CD’s) will no longer work after November….or will it no longer be supported but I can still take practice exams and do study questions etc?

@Nishvik… I was working as an accounting manager and had a lot of responsibilities at work plus AUD was my first exam…it surely is tough specially if you have no background of auditing…. But don't worry I had no auditing background either and yet finally passed the exam… (Of course I quit my job by then) … I think with AUD you need to know the different types of reports well and that helps a lot with the MC too. As far as BEC is concerned… My suggestion would be to keep concentrating on multiple choice and if you have the time to just make a note of a few points on topics that you think might show up the WC part… Not too long though just 3-4 points on the topics … That helps with the MC as well. (Ex: Balance scorecard…customer satisfaction, learning &growth, etc.). Before starting with the WC I quickly scribbled a few points on the rough work and that helped me write the WC inspite of having only 25 mins left.

Hope you do well and pass the remaining sections 🙂

    Good luck !!!!

Yowza…I had BEC this afternoon. Tough, tough, tough. I ended up using the entire 3 hours and took no breaks. I didn't even have time to check for typos. I was dreading getting variance questions, but there were only a couple. So many strange IT questions and financial calculations. Some of the material was not covered in Becker. I had to guess randomly on several questions. Eh, well. We'll find out in ten days. Fingers crossed.

What the hell? This was the first exam that I had where I thought my review material failed me. Does the AICPA give you more consideration if this is your last section? The wait begins.

Everyone who is saying that saw questions on material that was not covered in their review can you please say what review were you using? I used Becker and never had so many questions on things that were not even mentioned in the exam. I passed the 3 other exams and always thought Becker did a good job but for this exam I am very worried

    REG - 79
    AUD - 84
    FAR - 82
    BEC - 8/29/13
