For those using Becker, how important is it to really know B5 and B6? They are the sections covering Economic Theory, Globalization, and IT. From what I’ve seen they are in no way related to anything previously covered and are not intuitive at all. I’m taking the test next week and haven’t covered that material yet. Most of my friends had told me that BEC is doable with 1.5 weeks of studying so that’s why I cut it so close but for these topics it seems there is zero rhyme or reason for any of the correct MCQ answers. I can figure out answers when it comes to computational questions but conceptual questions are a complete crapshoot. I’m wondering if these topics are heavily tested. If so, I’d like to prepare for the inevitable fail and start looking into getting another NTS for a retake.

B6 can be heavily tested, however the study material doesn't seem to prepare some people very well.

My IT knowledge for the exam was next to none. B5 and B6 are conceptual so memorization will be sufficient.

    Shoot for the stars!
