    I am currently studying for AUD and I notcied that the Becker lecture for the 4th section dosen’t cover liquidity, activity, or profitability ratios at all. However, there is an appendix for it and they hammer you with ratio questions on the homeworks and simulations. Just wondering how much of my time and effort should be focused on memorizing the different types of ratios . . my gut says to not devote a super amount of time but not having taken this section of the exam yet makes me unsure. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    REG 94, AUD 87, FAR (10/8), BEC (11/24)

    Take the time to understand them and be able to calculate them. They can show up on AUD, BEC and FAR.

    I just took AUD. You need to know how they work, but I wouldn't memorize them for AUD (though you WILL need them for BEC). If you need them in a SIM, they are given to you in the Resources tab (the one with spreadsheet operators).

    BEC 11/14/09 - 89; REG 11/28/09 - 88;
    FAR 05/28/10 - 95; AUD 07/09/10 - 93

    I think Not Lynn Merely hit it just right. You need know the concepts of the ratios.

    Not Lynn Merely – Just notice you finished your last exam today. Based on your prior scores if you put in the same effort you should be celebrating in August or September. Now you have the problem figuring out what you are going to do with your time. Enjoy your first weekend with no studying.
