do we need to know what each title of SOX states for the actual? Ninja MCQs will ask you these. U can kind of guess by looking at what's in quotes (the actual title) but some I keep getting wrong

I would say you need to know everything, no shortcuts. I believe anything could be tested. I took my test yesterday and you can be tested on anything. I got some questions that I didn't even recall much reading about. Good luck!!

My name is Jeannie. I'm retaking AUD 12/3/16. Repurchased ninja mcq's recently. I have passed REG but lost the credit.

@Jeannie good luck! I had around the same time table and was shooting for around 95 hours and 2.5-3k MCQ's. This was my 2nd go around though so I was able to knock out MCQ's at a much quicker rate then someone on their first attempt. Maybe your goal should be closer to 2-2.5k…that will give you the opportunity to get through all the questions once and then go through the questions you are struggling on.

My final study #'s on Ninja were roughly: 90 hours, 2.6k mcq's, and 75 sims.

@Jeannine Vadillo – welcome! I imagine losing credits are rough. I lost credit for a certification once. It only had one exam though. I hope I don't repeat that in March with BEC. That's a reason I was considering cram courses recently. Do you work in public accounting? Or tax? I know REG's tough. I attribute my success in BEC partially to my background even if it's currently the easy one?

@pharaoh roger lectures and read the book…then go section by section on ninja doing all new questions then at the end of the section do the questions I missed,,i usually average in the 80s first go around,,i dont find the material that hard tho maybe roger did a good job!?
