I go over a chapter a day, do all the MCQs in the WIley book for that chapter, and then do a 30 question practice quiz on Wiley. It just isn't registering AT ALL. I don't know what to do as for the other subjects even if I failed them, I at least knew what I was doing and getting good scores on the practice questions. My test is on the 30th of November so still a lot of time but not a good start to say the least.

It comes with practice trust me! have an open mind and knock down that “wall” that you're not getting it. Go subtopic by subtopic. Not chapter by chapter. Try to take notes. I also forced myself to look all those forms w2 1099 blah blah and went thru them so they can make more sense to me. Think small then build from there. The more you over think how much your not gettting it you really wont get it. Subtopic by subtopic then full chapter together. Really understand what you should be looking for in a question. Read the last sentence first, then start from the top, write down keywords and eliminate what you can.

Have you taken any other exams?

I passed BEC in April of 2013 and will lose credit for it, failed AUD/FAR many times but started to really buckle down and study for them in August. But even when I failed, I had a good grip of the topic, it just isn't sticking for REG for some reason. Hopefully it starts to though, I want to get done SOON!

Same boat your not alone =) My Reg credit will done at the end of Feb if I dont pass Aud and Far. Stay positive (I know its hard too). But like you just did for me, remind yourself of that feeling you got when you first passed and tell yourself you wont let anything else get in the way. Its time to focus now and get through this and then we can enjoy the benefits of hanging out and doing all the things we wish later =D oooooo I can wait <3 I'm so excited!!!

Definitely, a long way to go until the REG exam, but I just need to get something down to feel some what confident LOL.

I got a 90% on my reporting quiz (40 ?s), and a 84% on just a regular quiz with 50 questions on everything, but my trending score went from a 78% to a 74%. I am now trending at 48 freaking percent in Evidence Ha. 10 days left before the exam, three will be put strictly on evidence.

If it were the only situation discovered, the fact that FGH Company’s attorney has refused to respond to the letter of inquiry, either in writing or orally, would cause the auditor to issue which type of opinion?

Why is the answer qualified instead of disclaimer?

    #622942

Its qualified because its the only situation that was discover

    Test is Wednesday

Good morning everyone. I am almost done with becker (finishing up Part A-6). I hope everybody had a great weekend. I was wondering what time are your guys normally study? I got up at 5 am today, my head is clear, but I still need to get my coffee….not a best time for MCQ. However, after 6 pm, I am done to do anything, too tired after work. Any ideas?

Control risk below the maximum means you decrease RMM/Substantive tests and increase the acceptable level of detection risk. So it means you feel the controls are working effectively. This allows you to do tests at interim dates instead at year end. Of course, it also increases the incremental risk which you have to take into consideration.

    Hope this helps.

@plotikkk85 I usually study at night between 10pm to 2 am when everybody's asleep. I am also working full time so I usually take a short nap before studying to refresh my brain. Sometimes when I'm too tired to study, I setup my alarm at 3 or 4 am it depends on what time I went to bed, the rule is minimum 5 hours of sleep per day.
