Hi Gian,

I didnt do Ninja, I did the full Gleim program with Becker and Wiley to supplement. I think the first testlet was very basic, like the Becker questions. The second and third were harder and more similar to the Gleim questions.

The Sims were rough though.. it was subject matter I had studied except way longer and harder.

I had taken two full practice exams.. one from Wiley and one from Gleim. I had finished an hour early on both, and I took the whole 4 hours to finish the real exam… due to the Sims.

Now I'm onto BEC, good luck everyone!

@Gian..pretty sure it would be a qualified opinion unless it states that it was very material or pervasive in which case it is an adverse opinion.

@Gian any material weakness need to issue adverse opinion. It doesn't matter you either find one material weakness or more you issued adverse.

If you're auditing internal control any material weakness you issued adverse opinion, however material weakness doesn't necessary means financial statement is misstated.

@Gian Audit Plan and Audit program is the same thing, in public accounting world is audit program, AICPA world is audit plan. This is a plan which include nature, extent and timing of the audit, in short this include everything that guide the auditing. The auditor put together the plan durining planning of the audit. The audit strategy look at the scope of the audit and help you to develop audit planning.
